Bristol Wedding Photography Pricing

Our wedding photography pricing is clearly detailed below, in full. We want our Bristol wedding photography pricing to be easy to understand and transparent. Some people go for the basic package, others decide to add on extras – either way, it’s entirely up to you. 

We price things a little differently than a lot of other Bristol wedding photographers. We have a standard package (see below) which covers three hours wedding photography. Everyone is booked on to this package as standard. Then it’s entirely up to you if you’d like to extend the coverage on the day or add on any extra services. Everything is priced up so you can pick and choose what you’d like – and most importantly – only pay for what you require for your wedding photography.

■ WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY – £499 ■

■ 3 hours wedding day photography.
■ Photographs typically covering the arrivals, ceremony, formal/family photos, couples photos, drinks reception and photos of the wedding breakfast room. Candid photos are also included throughout.
■ Professional editing.
■ All final JPEG images in a private online gallery to download and share.
■ “Copyright permission” to share/print your images for personal use.
■ Option to extend amount of coverage (if you want).
■ A meeting one month before to discuss plans for the big day.

What’s included for £499: The price includes a professional wedding photographer for up to 3 hours to typically photograph the arrivals, ceremony and all the formal/family photographs including photographs of the couple alone and the drinks reception. We’ll also photograph the wedding breakfast room / details as well as capture candid photos of guests throughout the booking. Typically your photography will end around the time you go in for your meal (depending on the schedule of your day). The price also includes editing and all the final JPEG digital images (typically 200+ images) in a beautiful, private online gallery. You can download the images at the click of a button and easily share the gallery with friends and family so they can download too. Copyright permission is also included so you can use your photographs for personal use however you want. If you’d prefer a USB stick, you can purchase those at a small cost (see below). A meeting to discuss plans with your photographer around 1 month before your day is also included in this price.

The price above covers the Bristol area, travel charges may apply for further afield locations / city centre bookings / locations with parking charges. Contact us for an exact travel quote. 

■ ON THE DAY – EXTRA COVERAGE ■

All extra services (below) are charged at the advertised rate at the time your final balance is due (1 month before your wedding).

FIRST DANCE – £399 extra.
Extended coverage up to and including your first dance (plus all other events beforehand). Max 5 hours more and first dance completed before 9pm.

PRE-WEDDING PREPARATION – £150 per hour.
Photographs during the preparations in the morning/ getting ready. Priced per hour.

EXTRA HOUR OF PHOTOGRAPHY –  £150 per hour.
An extra hour of photography at your wedding to cover more of your day. Priced per hour. Photographers attendance must be consecutive.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER –  £349 extra.
A second photographer attending for 3 hours and providing more coverage and more photographs. Usually focusing on more candid / natural shots. All digital images and editing included. Subject to photographer availability. Extend coverage for the second photographer up until the first dance for £199 extra.

■ OTHER EXTRAS ■

USB OF FINAL IMAGES –  £35 extra.
A USB memory stick containing all of your final wedding images (in addition to the online gallery included in the price). Provided in a keepsake gift box.

BLACK & WHITE GALLERY –  £75 extra.
All of your wedding photographs also provided to you in beautiful black and white. We provide a selection of images in black and white as standard, but this option includes all of your images in both colour and black and white – double the amount of images!

1 YEAR ONLINE GALLERY –  £50 extra.
As standard all online galleries are available for 3 months. You can extend your online gallery access to a full year with this option. So you get your initial three months, then an additional uninterrupted year on top of that (so 15 months in total). 

ENGAGEMENT SHOOT –  From £50.
A pre-wedding engagement shoot at our photography studio in Downend, Bristol. Price includes a shoot for up to one hour, all of the editing, a private online  viewing of all the final images and 1 x digital JPEG image of your choice. On-location engagement shoots are also available on request, subject to possible travel charges and weather conditions. Extra images are available to purchase if you’d like to. There’s no obligation to buy anything more.
